Ability to configure task verbiage below the video or questionnaire in a Journey's task

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Today, the task verbiage for Journey's task defaults to above the video or questionnaire. However, depending on the ask of the task, it may make more sense and deliver a better UX if the verbiage is configured to appear below the video or questionnaire. For example:

  1. Use case 1: Providing verbiage guidance for whom the Performer should reach out to with questions makes more sense to appear below the video,
