In one of the Businesses, OTL currently has a single charge type = "Standard Hours" to generate accounting details for labor hours and dollar value.

The Business is requesting to have an additional charge type of "Leave Hours" which will post labor hours, but not generate a zero (nil) dollar value.

Current process = employee completes timesheet for hours worked per week - generating accounting charges to Oracle PFM for the unit (Hours) & dollar values to the nominated projects. The employee must fully account for the total hours.

Issue The Business facing - An employee taking leave generated OTL charges to a central project relating to leave, training, etc.
