Summary:

For those customers on V3 of seniority dates, how are you capturing Original Hire Date? We using the Enterprise Seniority Date. It is flagged to be cumulative. When we rehire an individual we then have to adjust this record. It is becoming very difficult to determine how many days to adjust this date when some has been rehired multiple times. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
