Need to bulk upload Project's time data every month

Summary:

Hi Team, we have a requirement to bulk upload project time every month using HDL. I tried to use HDL to upload 1 week data, I could load that, but Project, Task and Expenditure Type Name field remained blank even though I tried to pass these as shown below.

Below is the HDL file I created. Please see TimeRepositoryAttribute where I have 3 separate rows for Project, Task and Expenditure Type Name. Is this the right way of passing these Attribute Names? Since these do not get populated. Moreover how would I be uploading data for different weeks and different project or task or expenditure type name for different days in single file. It would be really helpful if anyone can help me with sample file.
