Summary: Need an analysis that crosses two subject areas with the Rating Numeric Rating column added

We are trying to build an analysis that involves two subject areas (Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time and Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time).

Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time holds "Rating Numeric Rating", and each time we add this column to the analysis, we get the dreaded error. We have tried adding every count that is possible to the analysis since this usually solves the error, but no luck with this one.

Rating Numeric Rating is needed to provide results for employees who just added ratings into the system instead of using the Performance tile and creating goals for each employee.
