How to redirect URL to the /FuseWelcome home page? (HCM Cloud) 

Content (required):

When a person accesses HCM Cloud using the below URL, they get our home page with all the quick links (See pic1)

https : // xxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud. com/hcmUI/faces/FuseWelcome

If they use the URL that does not include the FuseWelcome, they get a blank page and have to click home or use the menu to access any pages. (see pic2)

https : // xxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud . com /

Question:

is there an profile option or any other functionality that would redirect someone to our welcome page even if they use the second URL?
