Physical Licenses and Certifications

Summary:

We need to load our employee's licenses and certifications ( physical documents ) in a location in HCM that is best suited for this type of data. we want to be able to easily report on them and also find out the gaps based on job reuqirements. We also assign the courses that cause a license or certification to be issues, in oracle learning and want to know if the best place for these are learning record? or talent profile. We want to be able to give our managers access to this data and report as well. where should we
