Summary:

The button for turning CC on does not appear in LearnCenter. We are using the NEW course player on a designer page (My Learning Plans).

Content (required):

We believe that we have done everything necessary in Articulate Storyline 3 to add closed captions to our SCORM 1.2 course. The Articulate setting for making the CC visible by default did not make them appear either. Both the button and the captions appear in Articulate's preview.
