HDL: future dated offerings are not visible in the Learning Offering section

We are currently loading offerings. They are loading successfully but future dated offerings do not show at the front end or throught OTBI. I have run the Learn Migration process but it didn't solve the issue.

Has anyone else had this issue? And how did you solve this?
