Plan is not getting enrolled for the future terminated employees

Summary:

Content (required):

Hi Experts,

I have an absence plan and I'm mass enrolling all eligible employees to the plan as of 01-01-2022. But the people who are having a future terminated date is not getting enrolled to the plan. I have ensured that the eligibility profile is correct, I have also used a Person Selection formula to pick the people having a future terminated date.

But still these employees are not getting enrolled.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Pooja
