Is it possible to retrieve automatically HCM Information in Resource Breakdown structure (RBS)?

Summary:

For our business scenario, we have chosen a 'Job: Named Person' RBS resource format approach, but we notice two potential issues with respect of this solution, regarding integration between Project Resource Breakdown Structure and HCM data.

Content (required):

• When entering the employee to be included in the resource breakdown structure, Job is not automatically retrieved from HCM, but it must be entered manually by users. This bring a high risk of creating a RBS resource format 'Job: Named Person' combination not in line with the current job assigned to the employee in HCM.
• Considering a 'Job: Named Person' resource format combination, if Job for such an employee is changed on HCM side, the change is not reflected at the same time on Project RBS, causing a data misalignment.
