Disabling a field

Summary:

@Danny Cusnir-Oracle : Can you guide as to how to disable a field(Relationship for Employees only) as that particular section is not visible under Page Composer and in Design Studio we can make the Field as Invisible and not Disabled(option not available). The field is available under tab Personal Information-> Family & Emergency Contacts-> When we edit the Contact, the relationship status should be disabled but visible to the Employees . Also it should be enabled for the Payroll /Benefits group to make updates for the employees.
