Product Development Item is Visible in PIM

Hello Friend

I created an Item in Product Development (PD) and routed through ECO. ECO is not yet approved but I am able to see Item in PIM.

Approval Status is Approved, and I am NOT using NIR.

How do I make sure that until ECO not approved, Item should be visible in PIM.
