How to create Parental leave for employees

Summary:

I want to create parental leave for employees.

Content (required):

Below are the requirements:

1. 5 days can be taken within 6 month from date of child birth.

2.Employee needs to take 5 leaves continuously

3.In there entire carrer employees are able to take parental leave for 2 kids only.

4. Approval needs to go to manager only.

Can I create Absence type and Absence Plan to achieve this requirement or Absence type is enough.Kindly suggest me on this?
