Populate Job list of values based on a different field

Hi Team,

We have an ask to have Job list of values in Employment info/Assignment page based on the value selected in different field. We know Jobs are set enabled and can be populated based on the BU selected. But it is possible to change this rule from background? We want the Jobs list of values to be populated based on another delivered field on this page Worker Category. Is it possible? Any thoughts would help here.
