AI Apps' Intelligent Matching features are now embedded within Oracle Recruiting. The features available include:

Best Candidates: Identify best-fit candidates for open roles using data on qualifications, competencies & experience.

Similar Candidates: Find candidates with a similar mix of experience and qualifications to current/past team members.

Similar Jobs: Enable candidates to see beyond titles when undertaking a job search by surfacing all roles requiring a similar mix of qualification, competence and experience.

Recommended Jobs: Identify and surface all roles likely to be suitable for a candidate based on the résumé they have uploaded.
