HCM Deep Link PUBLIC_PERSON_PAGE not working with Parameter as Person ID

We are using HCM Cloud Deep link for Person (PUBLIC_PERSON_PAGE,NONE) with Parameter as Person ID but its not working. Its give Error as attached
