Oracle DNS updates for customer initiated epm classic to OCI migrations

Does anyone know if there as option to institute Oracle DNS updates that would allow old epm classic urls to point to new epm OCI urls? Based on this months release notes that's an option for Oracle initiated migrations but would like to know if that's an option for customer initiated migrations as well via SR etc.
