Where to find qualification details in Item Master or Item Structure?

Where to find qualification details in Item Master or Item Structure?

Qualification Analysis Report gives a very good and detailed explanation on how an item is considered as qualified or not. But we don't find those details on Item master or Item Structure. For example, which part of the expression is applied in the rules of origin expression, etc. May I know which table are those values stored? Is there a way to copy those values to Item or Item Structure so that we can integrate all those details to another system? The external system requires a lot more info rather than a simple "Qualified".
