Use Transaction console to view only for SCM Transactions

Summary:

In the Transaction console, we can see all the transactions if you have the job role"Application Administrator"

As per our customer's requirement, they want to assign a customer role to an SCM consultant which can able to see only SCM-related transaction loke PR/PO approval etc.
