Summary:

We currently have a requirement to utilize HR Help Desk as a way for managers to submit Job/Position intake requests and have them routed to the correct teams. Our client wants to be able to add a custom field to the Service Request Create layout where the user has the ability to select an active HCM Department from a list of values dropdown.

I had asked this in an Oracle SR and was told that the 22C update would allow us to create a custom field template in VBS that would query the HCM Department REST API. There is not a lot of detailed documentation around VBS customization with regard to field templates and would like to speed the process in configuration. I am curious if anyone has been able to do something similar in Visual Builder Studio with success?
