Is there a way to not receive email and bell notification for Auto Approve Cost Adjustment?

We have created that if the From Project and To Project have the same Project Manager - it will be auto approved.

Do we have a way that the email notification will not be sent if the cost adjustment is auto approve?

This will lessen the emails being received by the PM and will not overlook on the notification that needs an action.
