Any way to auto-extract icon information from published springboard?

Summary: Extract URL, Filter, Etc. from Springboard in an automated way

Content (required): We have a number of different pods and when we perform a P2T, our springboard information gets wiped out and needs to be corrected. We currently have a spreadsheet that keeps details about each pod, but if something doesn't get updated correctly in the spreadsheet, the next P2T will not be restored correctly.

Is there a way to pull this information out of the system through an API or BIP query that could be populated somewhere on a schedule to guarantee we have the most up to date information about our icons on the springboard?
