Default domain administrator account, unable to log in normally?

Summary:

Default domain administrator account, unable to log in normally?

Content (required):

The account is a free tenant account.

Under the same csi account, the default domain administrator account cannot log in normally.

But why other non-administrator accounts under the same csi account can log in normally?

Tried to reset the password but can't receive the email.

Default domain admin account has no api key created.

what should I do now?

Online customer service does not provide technical support?
