What's the best way to migrate report packages and reports to another environment?

Summary: I've migrated reports and report packages to another environment but can't seem to refresh them despite repointing the reports to the new data source. Have I missed a step?


Content (required):

I followed the Oracle NR documentation to migrate the reports and report package to another environment that is pointing to a different Planning environment. Steps I took:

  1. Exported the folder containing reports and report packages from source environment
  2. Ensured the Target environment is connected to a planning environment
  3. Imported the .zip file into the library
  4. Repointed the reports to the new data source
  5. Tried to refresh the report package, but refresh button is greyed out.
