TOIL/ Time in Lieu Balance is not Updated

Summary:

The TOIL balance for an employee is not reflecting the current balance available in real time.

Content (required):

Employees are viewing an incorrect TOIL balance where it seems that the TOIL taken, submitted through Absences has not been taken off the final balance. The employee's application for TOIL is still being validated by the correct balance, but this is not shown in the front end. We have tested this and submitting leave does validate against the correct hours and the balance comes off immediately.

Employees submit TOIL accrued through Time & Labour and TOIL taken through Absences.

We have checked scheduled processes related to leave, checked the transaction console (leave is at completed stats)
