Summary:

We would like to enforce users to complete a particular document of record when completing a hire.

Content (required):

We have a particular document of records that we want people to complete when they complete the Hire an Employee flow. At the moment people can add the relevant document of record but this sometimes gets missed and then gives us gaps in ou7r reporting. Whilst we can report who does not have this document of record it would be beneficial to make thsi easier for users and prompt them to complete it.

Any help would be appreciated.
