Summary:

Dear Team ,

Actually, the employee can apply for one type of Document record.

Then, Line Manager will get Approval Notification to approve / reject.

Then, Regional HR will get FYI Notification about the Approval.

But after opening that Notification, only Submitted by and Approved by is coming in the chain of actions.

But, my customer wants, FYI sent to -> should also get displayed in the chain of actions.

Though FYI is getting triggered, it is not getting displayed in the chain of action like submitted by and Approved by.

Please find the screenshot of Submitted by and Approved by in the chain of actions.
