Total deductible Tax CETR amount in Consolidated ETR Form

The Total deductible tax CETR shows numbers in reverse compared to Total Deductible Tax in Statutory ETR form

The Statutory ETR and Consolidated ETR web forms cover a line for deductible tax.

In Statutory ETR form, the deductible tax number appears in negative in PreTax column and tax rate is applied on PreTax number to display in Tax Column.

However, In Consolidated ETR form, the same amount of deductible tax number appears in positive in PreTax column. The Tax Effect column shows (1 - Tax Rate) amount.

Just wanted to know the rationale behind the presentation difference between the deductible tax amount in Consolidated ETR and Statutory ETR form.
