Ability to Complete Mass Updates for Attributes at the Position Level

Summary: Creating Mass updates for position level attributes.

Content (required): Our team is very interested in utilizing the Mass Updates functionality under Workforce Structure for actions such as moving many team members from one department to another. However, because departments are an attribute controlled at the position level, we would have to create new positions for each team member before creating the mass update. This leads to a process that is still highly manual. We understand there is the ability to complete mass changes through a spreadsheet, but are there any alternative solutions?
