Reports for Goals Completed in Plan Year

Summary:

I'm looking for the best way to report on all goals completed based upon the plan year. I've attempted to use the 'Goal Status Overview Real Time' subject area. However, this reports only completed goals with a future date in the 'target completion field'. Even if the goal was completed in the current plan, it will not return a value.

When running report from 'Workforce Goals - Goal Status Overview Real Time" and pulling goal details, it does not show the goals that are targeted to be completed before report run date. Therefore, it is showing incorrect values when reporting details on goals for employees. I would expect this person (example below) to show: # of total as 2 and # of completed at 1 opposed to the results in the screenshot.
