How to deploy an updated SCORM file to an existing Course?

Summary:

A SCORM file that is an Activity for a particular Course has recently been updated. What is the best way to deploy this to Learners who are already assigned to this Course & Offering (but have not yet completed the Course)? Additionally, how do I do this so as not to impact their most recent attempt?

Content (required):

The Course has been assigned as Required Learning, and all the users have been registered to an Offering as well. There will be some Learners who have started the elearning activity and some that haven't. I have already uploaded the SCORM file and created it as new content, then do I just edit the existing elearning Activity and map to this new SCORM? Or do I create a new Activity and then remove the existing Activity from the Offering? I'd just like to know the best way or Oracle's intended way for us to do this.

Howdy, Stranger!
