Are Federal Income Tax, State Tax, County Tax, and City Tax calculation components old?

I am working on a report to pull tax withholding information from Oracle, and to me, it looks like Oracle may have changed the names of the following calculation components some time after 2018:

from Federal Income Tax to Federal Taxes

from State Tax to State Taxes

from County Tax to County Taxes

from City Tax to City Taxes

I am using the PAY_DIR_CARD_COMP_DEFS_VL table in my SQL query to pull the calculation components that I see on Oracle’s Tax Withholding screen. My issue is that for many employees two records are pulling for federal, state, county, and/or city taxes. After analyzing the data, it looks like Oracle may have changed the names of these tax components at some point after 2018 and automatically moved information from the old ones to the new ones. For example, for an employee who had a $150 additional state tax amount, there are two records – one for State Tax and one for State Taxes.
