Read File by URL and Upload to Oracle ERP Cloud
Summary:
I have a requirement to read files attached in Task (custom) and move those attachments to Oracle ERP Cloud.
Content (required):
The retrieve attachment from Process API provides me file url like following;

How can I read this file using above mentioned url process it further (like upload along with a transaction)?
