Need to schedule a ESS job to run at 10 AM,11 AM,12AM and 1AM every day.

Need to schedule a ESS job to run at 10 AM,11 AM,12AM and 1AM every day.

I see an option which says use a saved schedule, but i do not know where i can create a schedule which runs at 10 AM,11 AM,12AM and 1AM and attach to my ESS.
