Summary:

Unable to get Performance Template used while defining workforce compensation plan for performance calibration

Content (required):

We are using workforce compensation functionality for performance rating calibrations. in the plan definition for this process, the option of "Integrate with oracle performance management" is used and the performance document and template are provided. while reporting on the performance ratings using OTBI, the key subject areas related to workforce compensation are not providing the performance document / performance template being used.
