Redline remove Components using Import Maps

Redlining of Structure in PD using Import Maps

I am trying to redline remove a component in PD using import maps. But, I don't see ACD Flag in Import maps mapping or any way to highlight update or deletion of component just like we have in Webservice APIs.

If I specify "END Date" in import map, then system directly commits update on Item Structure with end date without a change order which is completely undesirable as modifications must be approved.
