How to create custom fields under Name section (Person Details quick action)

our customer needs to introduce two new fields under Name section (Person Details quick action)

Is there a way to do it? I've noticed that flexfields cannot be enabled in that section.

Alternatively, we thought to use standard name fields to be renamed, but I cannot find them in HCM Design Studio.

Is there a way to create global fields under Name section?
