How to get accrual balance value of an absence plan from database.

Summary:

We need the latest accrual balance of an absence plan from the database to write a fast formula for carry over. Please let us if there is any way through we which we can get the balance. The carry over balance is not same for all of them. There are different carry over limit based on the years of experience.

Note : Requirement is to write a fast formula for getting accrual balance not a SQL query.
