Donation Restriction - restrict so employees can only donate to a single (pre-defined) employee.

Summary:

Some companies use a fake employee to act as a "Donation Bank" to which employee can donate to this single fake employee then Admin can disburse donated hours as desired based on company policy. They do NOT want employees to be allowed to donate to any other employees except the pre-defined fake employee stated above.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to solve the issue mentioned in the summary? More detail is as follows:

  1. Company has a donation plan and created a fake employee (we will call that fake employee "Donation Bank Fake Employee" for this example) they use this fake employee as a "bank" to hold all donated hours and then allow admin to manage and distribute hours per company rules
