Labor Cost Hours Rounding

I uploaded a timecard into Project Costing from ADFDI with 9 decimals of precision in the quantity.

When uploaded into projects the UI displays 3.

What drives this precision /rounding behavior, if anything?


Also, to note, in the interface table documentation it advises the following for the quantity, but I see 3 decimal places in the UI.

Number of units for the transaction. This column is defined with a precision of '2' in order to maintain consistency with PA's expenditure entry forms which round expenditure item quantities to '2' decimal places when saved to the database
