Purchasing Price in Secondary UOM, if requisition is created from Planning or Manual

Purchasing Price in Secondary UOM, if the requisition is created from Planning or Manual is not considering BPA price

We have enabled the feature "Purchase items that are priced in their secondary UOM" in our instance.

There are items with Dual UOM with primary UOM as Case and secondary UOM as Each. We have defined BPA with secondary UOM as Each and the price that is applicable for Each.

When the requisitions are created from planning or manual, secondary UOM, as well as price, are defaulted from BPA. Whereas we wanted only price (in Eaches) to default from BPA. Since the secondary UOM is also getting picked from BPA, we cannot submit a PO because we get an error that POs cannot be created in the secondary UOM.
