How do we flag an item as hazardous?

Summary:

In PDH we have populated the Hazard Class attributes for items. But EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B table, only has HAZARD_CLASS_ID populated where as the HAZARDOUS_MATERIAL_FLAG flag remains empty. We explect it to set to 'Y'

How is this HAZARDOUS_MATERIAL_FLAG field populated? To which field is it mapped to?
