Time code and Calculated time tab missing in ELA approval

Summary:

We have configured the OTL ELA approval with 1=1 --> It should go to the respective Line managers in case of multiple assignment. The managers are getting approval, but it only has regular hours time codes and Reported hours section. Any other time codes and Calculated time tab section were not displaying in the notification. We also notice that the Manager name in the employee's 2nd assignment manager's notification is not displayed.
