Ship through order management

Hi,

Has anyone used the Manage Supply Order Defaulting and Enrichment Rules with Ship thorough order management?

Wanted to know for this to work and create Sales order, is there any other setup needed other that defaulting and enrichment rules. Basic TO and OM setup already exists.
