Looking for the best way to set up learning courses

Summary:

We are in the process of moving from an external system into our Fusion HCM Learning module for our mandatory training courses and are looking for some advice on the best method of having one of the training items that is needing to be split between a online/video course & a classroom based session.

Content (required):

One of the training items that we are going to be having in Fusion has the requirement of completing a in-person classroom based training session every 2 years. After this 2 year period, the employee is required to take a "refresher" course, which is completed online via training video/test questions.
