Learning attendance/behaviours in a hybrid world?
Summary:
Are people running hybrid offerings, and what is happening with attendance and behaviours?
Content (required):
I've previously asked about how to run a hybrid offering (people signing up to attend in person, and some joining remotely) for the same date and time. The consensus seemed to be, to set up two offerings under the same course, so that you could better estimate capacity of both, though that leaves some headaches if people want to transfer from one to the other on the day.
Further to this, we've spoken to other organisations and it seems very few are trying this method. The more popular alternative is to mix your offerings, so that say 3/4s are virtual, and 1/4 are on-site.
