How to change User mode to MGR in absence Creation REST API

Summary:

We are trying to absence using REST API , there is one parameters(usermode) in request payload where we need to pass MGR as a value but it always takes as ADMIN.

Could you pls suggest how we can override it by passing usermode - MGR.
