Scheduled Alert Composer Stuck In Running
Summary:
We have an Alert Composer to trigger notification and when it was scheduled to run - it remains stuck in Running for days. We are unable to successfully cancel it via Alert History Running. Once we click on the cancel, nothing occurs and the alert remains running. Due to this, we are unable to reschedule another run for this Alert. Has anyone seen this issue before or have a recommendation on how to cancel/stop the alert that has been running for day?
