Summary:

While hiring an Employee from ORC for a hired person, Person level Seniority date in Person Management is populating "create offer date" instead of "Hire" date.

 Moreover, we have observed below things:

1. System is calculating Seniority date according to Offer Date

2. It is taking Offer level assignment date and while searching for particular assignment it is not reflecting in person management assignment page


Configuration of Seniority Date


Result: System is taking Create Offer 29/09/2022 as Seniority Date – Person Level instead of Hire Date 03/10/2022.

Expectation: System should take Hire Date 03/10/2022 as Seniority Dates-Person Level “continuous start date”.
